To deeply implement the "Hai Zhi Plan" in Jiangxi, our company applied to establish the Jiangxi "Hai Zhi Plan" Rui Cai Technology Co., Ltd. workstation in 2019, led by Professor Jiang Xuchuan. The Rui Cai Technology "Hai Zhi Plan" workstation has a complete talent introduction system, with clear regulations on work platforms, talent mechanisms, project management, and funding guarantees; the overseas talents attracted through the Hai Zhi Plan workstation all serve the Pearl Pigment Engineering Technology Service Research Center of Rui Cai Technology. The management mechanisms for project evaluation, initiation, assessment, acceptance, talent selection, evaluation, and rewards are subject to the unified management of the Engineering Technology Center. Project funding is uniformly allocated by the Engineering Center Management Committee based on project evaluations. Once a project is initiated, it operates independently with independent funding, independent operations, independent evaluations, and independent talent management, allowing the introduced talents to enjoy good working and living conditions in the company.

Currently, the company has established a "Functional Nano Pearl Pigment Joint R&D Center" in collaboration with Monash University in Australia through the Hai Zhi workstation. There are currently 15 members in the team led by Professor Jiang Xuchuan, including 2 overseas master's graduates and 1 Korean engineer. Due to the needs of the company's business development, to improve the company's scientific research innovation level and expand the research team, we look forward to more overseas expert talents joining the Rui Cai Technology Hai Zhi workstation!
